swapping alternator for internally regulated one 22r

Hey everyone this is my first time posting on here, maybe I知 just slow but I can稚 find anything super concrete for this swap. I have a 1982 pickup 22r, wanting to swap the alternator to that 1996 Jaguar XJ6 for the price and bolt in deal with it. The problem I知 trying to figure out is bypassing or deleting the external regulator. I知 most confused with the fact 6 wires go into it, trying to figure which wires are what with how dirty it is colors aren稚 easily seen, and what do I splice straight into alternator plug. Once found I believe the main output and sense wire go straight to battery, then the L and ignition wire I知 not sure how to find where they come from or if there is anything I do special with them. Just finding the wires and what to do with them is the struggle, bare with me I知 as new as it gets with electrical stuff. Thanks again yall.

L is from Charge Fuse, IG is from Engine Fuse

PLEASE delete your duplicate post, or ask admins to do so.
Pardon Toyota's confusing naming convention. "Charge" really means fuse for "Charge FAULT". IG actually takes power from Engine, not Ignition, fuse.
Disconnect your external regulator and find these pins on the connector on the harness:
L is usually the yellow wire. It would have 12V when IG is on AND charge fuse is in. 12V would go away when charge fuse is pulled out..
IG is usually red. It would have 12V when Engine Fuse is in and non when Engine Fuse is pulled out.
Correct the B goes to the Fusible link wire and Fusible Link (that looks like a fuse) junction.
Sense wire simply taps on to the B wire somewhere.
