SaS preperation help needed.
I hae a 86 yota pickup. i am gonna SaS it and i am wantin to know all exactly what will be needed. I am gonna pick up the solid front tomorrow hopefully. I got some 3' lift yota springs. Now what all else is needed. i have tried to see if there was a part list but i have not been able to find it, if anyone can give me a helpin hand on this it would be greatly appreciated.

what i was mainly lookin for is, this is coming from i just traded my nissan hardbody and i didnt need to much to do the solid axle swap. Now if i got my yota front axle. And leaf springs. i am gonna use f350 shock towers, what all do i need for steering? i thought toyotas would maybe bolt up? nissan seemed easier as far as hurting the pocket for money. what do u guys think?

You got a lot of research to do before starting a SAS. Lots more option in the Toyota world than you had in the Nissan world...

Never SAS'd a Nissan, neither a Toyota. But have been collecting parts and tools for about a year. I didn't like what I saw for the standard cookie cutter type SAS kit. But you'll need a hi steer set up. The factory SA trucks had a push-pull steering set up the IFS is a different set up side to side.

go with the trailgear kit, trust me, for $999.99 for the classic ifs eliminator kit, you cant go wrong. Sky manufacturing is a little pricy, but its a quality kit as well, these kits come with instructions as well. To do it right, you really want to buy the kit, it may be cheaper and quicker to rig up some scrap and weld it on, but im sure you want something that you will be happy with...
