SAS axle candidate?

I'm about to do a SAS on my '95 Toyota Pickup and I think I found a axle candidate, I just need to know do y'all think its worth the price? According to the owner, the axle has new Yukon 5.29 with a spartan locker, rebuilt with a trailgear knuckle kit, longfield chromo 30 spline inner and outer shafts, inner and outer chromo hubs for $1200. He also said he had a new hi steer for an extra $300. Do y'all think its worth the price or should I let it pass? It's the most complete axle I've found in a while.

Yeah I would like to do it all myself but I have no knowledge of how to install gears properly or I would. I like how its all complete and I won't have to do anything but install the SAS kit and bolt up the axle. I think I might just go ahead and get that axle before somebody else does. Thanks for the reply.

I also have found another front axle out of an '85 without the third member but I was told it had bobby long chromo longfields and birfs for $500 and $650 for a stock third member he found. Is this a better deal than the first one I posted about?

you said the first ones are 30 inner and outer.there are 2 types. 30 inner and 30 outer. and 30 inner and 27 outer. it refers to the birfs. they are both chromoly just one has the bigger birfs

Yea the first one has 30 spline inner and outer. The owner of the second one doesnt know if his are 27 or 30 but the inner and outers are Bobby Long chromos.
