Rough Idle Concern

Rough Idle Concern
I searched the forum and found lots of threads on rough idles, but I couldn't find any that had my exact symptoms. I'm not sure if it's a big deal, but I wanted to ask before I let something go on for too long and pay for it later.
In warm weather, everything runs great. Its been getting a little bit colder here though, and my truck idles rough after I've started her up and started driving (I notice it mainly when I come to a stoplight/stop sign) I always let her idle for a little while right after starting her up, and she doesn't idle rough at that point (in Park) Also, the RPM's are right around where they usually are. The rough idling goes away once the engine has warmed up and the temp gauge is smack dab in the middle. Is this something to be concerned about? Two months ago I changed the plugs (Denso IK22's gapped @ .043), plug wires, and put in a 170 degree thermo. Could any of those be affecting the idle? Maybe the plug gap? It doesn't seem to be that big of a problem, but I wanted to see if any of you guys had any thoughts on it.

What is the stock thermostat temperature? On my 22RE, it is 88C/192F and if you are running a colder t-stat than stock, that may be causing the slower warmup and rough idle.

If it goes away after it warms up then its nothing to worry about. If it really bothers you, you can always get a higher temp. thermostat.
It looks like the stock thermo. is a 170, at least thats what I found.

I believe the thermostat temp for my year runner is 180. I went with the 170 because I have a s/c and that was the general recommendation. If the rough feeling/sound during idle isn't anything to be worried about, then I'm a happy camper. If it gets worse then I will look into it more. Thank you everyone for your input.
