Replacing bearings/hub won't slide back on

First a little background: I have an 88 4runner (basically stock 22RE). I'm in the process of replacing my front wheel bearings, upgrading my brakes (new 1" MC, 93 V6 rotors/calipers), rebuilt my hubs, etc.

My problem: I can't seem to get one of the hubs (rotor and all) to slide all the way onto the spindle. The other is fine and is a tight fit but slides on and rotates perfectly.

I'm nearly positive I seated the inner race, bearing and oil seal properly. I tried switching the hubs from one side to the other thinking maybe that would help, but no luck. I really don't want to have to order another oil seal and pull the bearing out to see if I can tap the race in further. Should I though? Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Guess I just needed a little more coffee and determination (read: muscle). LOL Got it!
