Rear window woes

I have a 93 runner, the rear window will not move without my help, you can hear the motor, it just doesnt have enough power to move the window on its own. Any suggestions?

I experienced the same thing with mine too. The gears in the tailgate could be worn, which was my case...had some weld put in and teeth cut for a quick fix...in the meantime I'm looking for a good deal on a new regulator & motor for the window (ebay).

Might open up the door and give everything a good cleaning and lube. See if you can see anything loose or out of adjustment.
Also test the voltage at the motor and see if there is an excessive voltage drop, perhaps due to a bad relay or wiring.
