i have a 90 22re 4runner with a very bad leaking radiator. i recently went to the wreckers and picked a good cond. one, got home and realized it was only a 2 core rad this came off a 22re motor from a 93 or 94 pick up. the hoses fit with a little tinkering around. why did they go to a 2 core rad in the later years is this going to be ok in my 4runner?

 

Being it is from a yard I would keep my eye on it to make sure it is not blocked and that it does flow and cool like it should.
