Please help!!! 95 4runner 3.0 problem

I am stumped and tired of throwing ,money at this 4 runner. SO....Here is the issue. I have a 95 4 runner 140,000 miles maintenance has been kept up. New Toyota fuel pump and sending unit. Now to the good stuff it will only start when cold, I can start it in the morning drive all day shut it off go in store come out and it just cranks and cranks and cranks. As it warms up it develops a miss then that gets worse but never stalls. I can leave it sit for hour then she fires right back up. NO ENGINE LIGHTS PLEASE HELP....THANKS

I had a similar situation with my 3.0, it would run and start fine cold but once it got warm it would miss and hesitate and eventually shut off if I didn't stay on the throttle. I was able to restart but had to keep throttle pushed for it to stay on and it would miss and blow black smoke. Long story short I tried and tested everything, finally figured out it was my AFM. I cut the silicon and took the black cap off. There was a little bit of oil in there and some of the thin aluminum looking strips were separated from the board. I carefully cleaned it and placed the strips back where they belonged and been running perfect since! Not sure if this is your problem but sounds similar. Good luck.
