Pitman Arm issue

We have 83 Toyota SR5 pickup
We upsized our entire unit to 3/4 ton axles and changed just about everything under the truck the problem we are having is the pitman arm. We had 35" tires and now have 40" tires. It seems the custom pitman arm keeps snaping in half. This there a suggestion for this issue.

Where is the pitman arm breaking and how was it "customized"? Might consider adding hydraulic assist to the steering:

And/or getting some "real" engineering for the pitman arm.
It's kinda tough to get one to work without some real engineering behind it, as you are finding out
