Napa or Factory. Ive ran gasket sets from Ebay with no issues but when I bought some from Napa it was definetly better quality. And factory is the best

please do not use a felpro head gasket, they are junk. At least on the 22r's they are.

over the last 4 years I've heard 50% of folks say Fel-Pro is junk and 50% say the other brands are junk.

So theoretically its a draw. Stick with the brand you believe is of a good quality for the price. My rule of thumb is to always get the best I can afford at the time.

I got my felpro gaskets from autozone :-/ They've been holding up fine, but I think 'round these parts you'll either get 2 recommendations: engnbldr (rock) or toyota gaskets.

Toyota gasket was only $15 more than a Felpro. I'd go with Toyota.

Check Toyotapartsales.com ...

I got the Rock auto gasket set from Engine Builder the head gasket was the very same one that I got from Toyota.

Remember to torque to 65 ft/pounds and you will be good.

I just did one on my 85 Celica

wow ok, i guess mods didn't like my last post here, so I'll try to put it a little nicer

please do not use a felpro head gasket they are pure junk.

ENGNBLDR sells D & J Rock Products gasket sets, the one you are looking for for the 20r would be the HGS902. Call him up or email him and see if he can get it for you.

or you can get it from these guys: http://www.perfectengine.com/Rock_HG...roc-hgs902.htm

ENGNBLDR may or may not be able beat or match their price.

Thats funny you think Engine builder doesn`t sell parts for 22rec engines .

I have been using there stuff for years is this some thing new????

I have used Rock gaskets quite a few times the head gasket was the same as the Toyota one or so close I couldn`t tell the difference
