oops wires

I left a couple of important looking wires unhooked on reassembly. Can anyone tell me what this one is?

It looks to be one of the ECU grounds might have problems getting it to run if left unhooked.

I found a pic where its attached to the injector rail. Kinda hard to get to at this point. Wondering if its ok just to bolt it to the manifold. It looks like a ground wire.

Any good clean ground should work unless it needs to be on the fuel rail but I would not know why.

Here is a thread that superbleeder made some time ago. Picture #4 shows where your ground should be hooked up.
