Your rig has below 200hp... to add another 100hp would take a MASSIVE amount of engine work. even the TRD Super charger only adds like 22hp and you are looking at something that costs almost 3000 before install... Most chips only add some hp when the engine is modified, ie headers, exhaust, intake, cams, and it is still minimal. I recommend never buying any car parts off ebay. ....Not even replacement bulbs.

These guys are pretty far ahead of you on this one buddy. In order to get your money back from the seller you are going to have to prove that you did not gain a single hp or mpg. In order to do this you are going to have actual documents verifying your claims (dyno before/after and detailed fuel consumption logs) you would have more money in fighting this than you would get back.

FYI, its probably a good idea to make a post on here when you find something like this that you don't know much about and find out more about it. This has been pretty widely known on EVERY car forum I've ever been on that these things are a scam. Oh, and yes, radioshack sells the same thing for less than $1.

He hasn't posted a link to ebay in his posts or in his sig line, so it doesn't seem too likely.
