O2 Sensor!

O2 Sensor!
did a quick search in the forums. nothing in particular i was looking for so here it goes.
its time for me to change me o2 sensor,
i run a 88 22re and my o2 sensor is right before the cat and has 4 wires, looks like two black and two white.
here is what ive come up to by. plz give any feed back you have on the site/product.
http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/to...ml#application
if you have a different site to post im looking for cheap!
in that link under the description it says without plug...what does that mean?
and it seems the product in that link also has 2 black and 2 white wire...how will i know witch ones go to each other if there are two pairs of the same color? or am i missing something?
and lastly how will i know if its working properly? what would be the first thing i would notice if its not working?
im replacing mine now because i have not changed it since ive owned it i have no clue if the previous owners have, and i recently have had the engine rebuilt and i seem to be running a little rich and everything else seems good to go....except maybe my injectors but those are goin in for a rebuild when i tear into my suspension mods.<---after my cooling mods.
thnx for the help!

I have found the Denso sensors work the best on Toyotas, that is the OEM brand. They are not all that much more expensive:

Bosch seems to be the most problematic brand on Toyota (love Bosch parts on my VW). Problem with many of the off-brand parts is the size and length of the tip of the sensor, the Denso sensor is about twice as long as the one on the NTK sensor I also have tried, that puts the tip farther into the exhaust stream than the shorter ones. I get periodic lean CELs with the NTK sensor, never see that with the Denso part.

i do not have the money for a 100$ part even it that is cheap for an o2 sensor i could just by the one i posted for bout 30$ and even it does go bad after a while i could by another one and still be at about half of that one. or by the universal one from sparkplugs cuz i dont mind doing the splice.
