So i currently have an 02 tacoma with a 3" bodylift and a cheap 3" tuff country lift with the coil spacers. It is noticeably higher in the back still. My question is if i were to buy coil over shocks for the front would that help even it out a little?

 

might be easier and cheaper to just lower the rear to match the front, like maybe switching maybe the 3"? block to a 2" or 1".
