new moffler and very happy about it

So my muffler was old and broken and just useless. so I saved some money to get a new muffler. I looked around to see who could give me a good price and what i was looking for. I did some research on this site and decide i wanted a magnaflow with a 2 1/2 inch pipe (since i want the downey header for my 22RE). The first place I went and it was about 150 from the muffler and the pipe. looked at another place 400 for down pipe cat. converter from magnaflow with the muffler and the 2 1/2 inch pipe. I said no, too exensive. What if there is no cat. converter. He said from the cat converter to the back... 320. Still too much for me. I gave up, my friend told me of some other place. I went he said, they are charging that much, I'll do it all down pipe and cat. converter muffler and the pipe, PLUS chrome tip for 250. I thought it was still a bit much., but i needed it. 2he sound was exactly how i wanted, semi aggresive on high REVS or while pushing the engine, and silent while on cruise or idle. Also, it isn't as loud, so it will be a good vehicle to take hunting. And the little power gained feels so good. lol

do you guys think that it was a good deal. BTW, if it helps i live in th Los Angeles County, CA.

I found out about the packing today. I was driving it around today and it sounds more aggresive, which makes me wanna drive it around more often, and as much as possible. I got the 18". so was this a good price???
