Need Help ID'ing a part on Throttle body of '85 4Runner

Wondering if anyone here can help me identifying a part. On the throttle body of my 85 4runner there is what looks like a screw on the lower left. It's about the size of a dime. Mine has gone missing and the car won't run without it. Where it went I have no idea but since I don't know what the part is called I'm having a hell of a time looking it up.
Again...throttle body, left side on top. I have a hole but the pics I've seen has a screw.
Any ideas?

Be nice to see a picture of just what your missing??

You go from lower left side

To Top Left side ??

Left side meaning the Drivers side ??

All directions are given from sitting behind the steering wheel

Well while looking for a pic to post I found it is the idle speed adjustment screw. Having trouble posting a pic here. Any idea where to get one?
