Need advice for replace valves since head off

How do I tell if my valves are still in good shape? They are pretty black on the bottom, but so are the tops of my pistons. I find gap line (look like crack line) on the bottom of intake valves after clean by cab cleaner. Is this just normal deposits or do my intake valves need to be replaced? Also, is it ok to just mechine them and reused again. Did someone use SEALED POWER valves before? Did SEALED POWER valves good then OEM valves?

Thanks help

since the head is off, replace the exhaust valves with toyota valves and then have the intakes ground. While you are at it, have the machine shop pressure test and surface the head as well. You wont be dissapointed
