I'm in the process of replacing the aftermarket bumper on my 94 DLX 4x4, and I'm not sure why the trailer hitch hangs so low below the body. Clearly my truck had been rear-ended, and maybe that's why the trailer hitch mounting points hang so low? I'd really appreciate any opinions on these pictures:
