94' 3.0. sorry. I presumed that the t1 e1 thing was unique to the '91-'95 3.0 (or whatever the years are)

just wanted to post up in case it helps someone. When I put the engine in my runner, the weak a$$ engine hook on the passenger side bent inwards, towards the egr valve. I had trouble plugging the vacuum line back in 'cause the hook was in the way. At some point, the little "nipple" on the egr got bent enough to create a hairline crack at it's base on the egr. I used some jb weld I had to seal the crack. The best fix? I guess not. Did it work? Hells yeah! I got about 2g into this runner with about 128,000 miles. It's suuuuuper clean, and even has the optional rear seat. I could prolly get at least 4g for it in my neck of the woods. Maybe 4.5g. Is it fast? nope! Get good mileage? Heeeeeellls no! Does the wife like it? Yeeeeeep. I like the newer yota trucks. This one, not too impressed. It'll do for now. (I'm actually more of a blue oval guy, converted from a bow tie guy.)
