So my 94 Pickup is slowly dieing on me and its overall too far gone for me to put that much money into considering it is my primary vehicle. I have been looking around and finally found a decent looking 4 Runner. Its a 1991 SR5 V6 with a 5 speed with only 51,000 miles. The milage really got me interested in the vehicle. The only problem is there is some body rust around the wheel wells. I know that frame rust can be very problematic with these vehicles. My main question about the truck is how hard / expensive is it usually to fix body rust through the metal around the wheel wells? I do like the color on the truck and its only 3500 bucks so I can afford it and it should run forever, espcially do to recent tune up and work, but i want some input from your guys on what you think about the rust.
