Your right, Downey is expensive but you get what you pay for. I have a downey header on my 4Runner and im glad i spent the extra money for it, its a good quality part and will last a long time. Remember, you get what you pay for.

If you think Downey is expensive, try having one custom made to your specs. It will not work as well and likely cost you more.
1.5" header tubes and 2.25" the rest of the way out. No cat is fine, I have no cat on my 3.0. custom (modified) NWOR headers and 2.5 all the way out, single exhaust. That is about as big as I could see anyone going and that is on a V6.
