the third is repairable.

There is a repair manual.

It is not for the faint of heart, or any but the very mechanically inclined

take it to a shop.

OK, do you have the 31" tires stock? If so, you will probably have the 4.88, otherwise, you have the 4.30's.

On your door jamb, you can find the axle code. It will read:

C/TR/A/TM

Means color, trim, axle and transmission, or will look like:

030/F41/G258/A340F

So your axle code would be a G258. Now calling the dealer can net you an axle ratio, but I have used this exact procedure and twice, it was wrong! So be warned. Based on what I have seen, you should have the 4.88 if you have ther large 31" wheels as stock.

I suspect you mean the RF axle stub. If its popped out, pop is back ASAP or it will destroy the carrier. DO you have a lift? These can pull this stub shaft out. Its only held in place with a circlip. Pop it back in and fill with fluid.
