Hi new to yotatech! I just finished a top end rebuild on my 95 4runner 3vze due to a blown headgasket. Everything went smooth with re-installation following FSM and this forum. Got it fired up and idles fine but after driving it for ahwile RPM rpm starts dropping up and down and car starts losing power and starts surging. Stoped it on the side of the road and tapped the throttle position sensor then starts idling okay for awhile and repeats process. I checked for codes and the only code that came out was code 14. I had a co-worker also with a 95 runner try my coil and igniter to test it in his car. No problems? checked all test points from FSM dizzy, coil, igniter fuel pressure and injectors and all checked okay. I'm lost to this point!
