exhaust manifold is warped now what?

Like the titles say my exhaust manifold is warped so I'm thinking about going the header rout. I'm a little low on my truck funds (blew it on a winch and dual bat. set up) so my budget is $200.00

my specs:
1985 Toyota 4 runner
22re
2 inch exhaust
hollowed out cat. (ford catalytic converter)
no smog requirements

After hitting the search button and my budget in mind I'm thinking this might be my option?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OBX-Exhaust-...item2a1769bb8a

questions:

1. Is this the right one?

2. I'm assuming I will need to modify the exhaust to match up?
Collector Diameter: 2 ½ Inch. (mine exhaust pipe is 2 inches)

3. Will I have to lengthen the wire for the 02 sensor?

4. is it worth the money or should I just get another stock manifold?

5. Whats the difference between a "race" header and a "reg." header? noticed it on a few listings on ebay.

any help would be appreciated..oh and Ive worn out my button.

Last time I was installing an exhaust manifold, I took it to an automotive machinist who flattened the mating surface for me. Just took off a few thousandths and charged me $20.

either take it to the machinist (your manifold is a cast piece so i don't know how you warped it) and get it surfaced. Or just get one of these http://catalog.remflex.com/category_s/56.htm yes they do work and they are inexpensive.

Thanks 2wheeler and Mightymouse for the reply!

I'm not sure if its warped or not? took it off and got the straight edge to check it out.. it doesn't seem too off?? For whatever reason the damn thing wont bolt up right? either the back (firewall side) has a exhaust leak or the front has a exhaust leak. Tried a few times now with no luck. Maybe i will get a file and clean it up a bit.

Thanks for the link mightymouse! I might go this route.
