ok hold on i thought if your truck goes out of timeing then the whole engine is shoot thats why toyota reconmeneds changing ur timing chain every 70,000 miles am i right

 

I have a 3.0 3vz-e,just did a complete top end rebuild. Everything ran excellent for two thousand miles and now i have a loud knocking when i step on the gas and goes away at idle speeds. Noise is coming from drivers side of engine. Some say it could be a exhaust leak and some say a rod problem. I am so frustrated. What should I do!

Look at post#20, I found out and wanna to show those pixes causing loud by bad crankshaft/bearing.
This already locked and won't able to take off.I use rubber hammer its off



Look at crankshaft damaged.
