Electrical help

Hey guys, while driving my 84 4Runner the battery negative unattached itself while driving 40mph down a two lane no streetlight country road. Everything shut off immediately. After changing my underwear I found the problem and reconnected the cable. Everything works fine except the instrument lights( gauges work), cigarette lighter, and the radio. I have checked every fuse(x2) and they are all good. Where do I go from here?
