Not familiar with that exact engine, but the 22RE runs an 88C t-stat:

So a bit over that temperature is probably what the engine should run at since the t-stat is what controls the engine temp. So either pull the t-stat and see what temperature is stamped on it, but that sounds like a decent running temp.
