Cold Start Stuck on?

Hey this is Trooper, I'm not new to wheeling and actually not new to this forum, however I only just officially signed up. I am hoping someone might have some input...

My 22RE is misfiring. I've got spark at all the plugs, fuel at every cylinder, and my cam is not broken. This problem happened earlier this year and after replacing the upper intake gasket the problem went away. I noticed when I took the intake plenum off that there was a lot of fuel running down the runner to #1 cylinder. Being port injection, I narrowed that down to the cold start valve dumping fuel.

Now during my last wheeling trip it started acting up again. Had to put it in low range and baby it to get it back on the trailer. Has anybody ever heard of a cold start valve sticking on and fouling plugs or something? Or know any good ways of testing? Thanks.

Test the cold start injector timer switch. That is what turns the CSI on and off. Test procedure is in the Factory Service Manual. Or a quck test would be to unplug the connector fro0m the timer switch and see if the engine runs better like that.

Alright so I've got the CSI situation under control, but it's still not driveable. In neutral I can wind it up using slight throttle, or wide open throttle. If I hold it anywhere in between it breaks up bad and will not rev. I know WOT goes into open loop, could this be an 02 sensor problem? Or maybe TPS? This rig will be the death of me.
