New to the forum and hoping i can get some help here
I am looking to rebuild my carb but i don't know what kit to get from napa, their computer does not have the number my carb has on it. My carb has 35231, can anyone help me with this. they have 2 rebuild kits available one is 24.99 and the other is 59.99. Also 3/4 bolts from the exhaust manifold have broken off in the manifold and 2 places i went to get them extracted said it cant be done. is there any header that is a exact replacement with no fabrication and is smog legal or do i have to just buy a new manifold what are my options. also if i have someone just make it pass smog how important is are the air injectors? im thinking i can just use what i have and find some way to rig it using 1 of the 4 bolts intact and clamp the other two flanges down.
