calif smog yeppie

last week calif change there smog rules again
iv been talking to regional bar ref he said last week the changed if you have a manuel trans on pickup in my case that you can run exchust on the left side because it wont fit on right side iv tried everyway you can think of wont fit talking to ref for the 5th time he told me today thy changed the law last week

What Escalade are we talking about here?
On my first-gen, I see no problem with current location of exhaust. Why fix what's not broken?

on the 3.0 to 3.4 swap thy wanted exchust to run down passanger side on all 3,0 to 3.4 in auto it will work but not on manuel that had a 3.0 hooked up to it the clutch slace is o passanger side wont work now as of last week you can ave it on drivers side
