Bump stops just limit up travel of the suspension by having a piece of rubber or other material in between the suspension and the frame.
To get more flex in the front the cheapest thing to do is remove your sway bar when off road.
After that to get more flex you start to modify the suspension.

I was actually also wondering about this when i disconnect it so i just remove the two side suspension attachments or should i also remove the two attachments that are holding it to the car in the middle as well

Personally when I removed it I never put it back on. You notice a little more body roll but I did not find it that bad at all even in emergency turns and stops. Some people say that is is horrible with out one. I would take it off run it threw the paces on road and see if you like it, if you don't like it look into a quick disconnect sway bar.
I would leave the rear sway bar on for off road and on road because it does not limit the travel off road.

No... Taking them out and allowing the suspension to cycle that far will break CV joints, and put an insane amount of stress on your suspension components..
And, if you don't have any on your leaf springs, then you run the risk of severely damaging them. They'll start to get a negative arch..

I have never seen a cv break from removing the sway bar. I have however broken a sway bar off road because it was never removed and was subject to stress that the sway bar was not designed for.
Which suspension components receive an insane amount of stress due to 2 more inches of wheel travel?

I think that when the suspension bottoms out and those bump stops are used it is going to hit hard, like when you hit a pot hole driving down the road. For $12 they are worth a try, but I would save your old ones just in case you do not like them.
I would not bother in the rear. On the ifs toyotas the rear normally flexes pretty good and the limiting factor is generally the shocks.

Just my 2cents ifs front doesn't flex well even with expensive kits, so you might as well keep a nice comfortable ride and save money. When it will no longer go where you want off road put a locker in the rear this will help a lot. When you get tired of driving off road on 3 tires sas it.
