2004 4Runner V6.. 154,000 miles..

2 Years ago, I suffered the dreaded head gasket failure.. I had them replaced and the truck has been running fine, except for one thing.. OIL PRESSURE.. AND I never had this problem before the head gaskets were done..

On startup, the oil light will be on and the engine will tick until it warms up and I give it a couple revs to get the pressure up, then it's fine...

BUT..it gets weird... If I park the truck with the front end angled downward, the ticking is greatly minimized, sometimes doesn't do it at all... If I get stuck in traffic/stop at a stop light with the front end angled upward, the ticking comes back HARD..

I have no leaks and I'm not losing or burning oil...

I just wanted to see what y'all thought it could be... I've been 'managing' this issue for some time now, but I need to get this resolved before something severe happens to my truck...
