Better build? 1985 vs 1994

Ok does anyone know which truck would be a better build? A 1994 pickup 0r 1985 sr5 pickup. Both are 22re, 5 spd, just a lil different on odds and ends ( tach and etc) The bad thing on the 1985 is the whole frame has rust on it. And body has a few rust holes.

Id build the 94.
Rust is bad, but fixable. But if theres no rust and the 94 is in better shape then why not.

And its about the same to build either one, sooo,, which one do you like more?
