So I have Ranchos at the moment and was wondering what shock would work best with the stock suspension. I want something a little less bumpy. If I recall correctly even the stock shocks were pretty bumpy.

that's all gonna depends on how much weight you typically carry in the truck, but I am sure alot of guys on here are gonna recommend the OME or Bilstein shocks.
That bumpy feeling is also gonna depend on the condition of the rear leaf springs and whether or not they are riding on the overloads, which I am almost certain they are. lol.
oh and remember these are trucks not a BMW.
I should know I have both. haha.

lol Yeah I heard putting sand bags in the back helps. But do you think that the Ranchos are contributing to the bumpiness/loss of control? Like when I go over wash board it gets pretty ridiculous.

I'm pretty sure they're riding on overload... It's all stock... Just checking though, overload is when the manufacturer puts extra spring in the back to compensate for possible loads that may be put in the back? How might I check this?
Also what's a ZUK Mod?

Has anyone had problems with this "ZUK mod?" It looks like it'd slip out in rough conditions. And would this work good with a truck since there's no weight back there? I'll post some pics of my truck, it doesn't seems to have any sag... So I'll let yall be the judges on wether I should do this or not.
