Band Adjustment/automatic tranny?

Hi there. I was wondering where i can find what my bands should be adjusted to on my 1994 toyota 4runner, v6, 4wd. I have a repair manual but there is nothing in there about band adjustment. Does anyone know where i can go abouts finding such a thing? Or does anyone have the specifications that they could give me? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

IIRC, you cannot adjust the bands yourself. Or at least without dismantling the transmission. Feel free to correct me If i'm wrong, but thats an internal transmission thing.

They dont have bands. So you cannot adjust them.

well my plan was too take the transmission pan off and clean the screen and so i was hoping the bands would be there when i took the pan off. At least somewhere where i could get to them and check to see if they need adjusting. If it is the case that i cant get to them i was going to take it to a shop and see if they could check them. But in either case i would like to try and do it if i can myself. So do you know where those type of specifications would be?
