I am in need of a Ring N Pinion for 1993 T100 with rear code B05B which I am told is a 145MM with a 3.40 ratio any thoughts on how to locate such a part (New or Used)? I live outside the Washington DC Metro area ...

The truck appears to have had the housing and gears replaced by a prior owner which seems to be 4:11. My Son put it in 4wd it started a whining sound ...

Are you needing the front 3rd or the Rear 3rd. If these 3rds are the same as a pickup then I have a set of matching 4.10's. the front is a 7.5" and the rear is a 8". Both are 100% complete and ready to install. Let me know if your interested and I will do some searching to find out if there interchangeable.

 

Randy's RnP said that it's dealer only due to the ratio. SO I guess I need some straightening out ...

3:40 ratio was STOCK ... 4:11 was placed in there. To match (or change both) I need the 3:40 to which Randy's said ... "no go" with them - dealer (which has yet to reply).

Change Both or Find Orig ratio are my options, correct?

Someone changed the rear and didnt care what they put in because it wasnt an off-roader and it was a Southern truck that didnt see anything but salt water and flat land.
