99 4runner 3.4 hesitation

99 4runner 3.4 hesitation
99 4runner 3.4l has a hesitation as soon as you press the accelerator almost like a hiccup then goes up in rpms new plugs, fuel filter, pcv, cleaned throttlebody, no check engine light on. can anyone help

Just to let u all know if curious I cleaned my MAF sensor(with the proper cleaner), adjusted the throttle cable and so far so good no more hesitation for now.
Note to all after oiling your k&n filters let them sit for a while then blow them out with air gun to get rid of extra oil this is what caused my problem MAF was totally covered in it. OOPS!
