So I just had the engine in my 95 4runner 4x4 automatic rebuilt. Everything is doing great on it, but it revs up and down repeatedly when you barely push on the gas while driving. It happens when you're kinda in that cruising sweet spot. If I let off the gas it coasts fine and when you push the gas down a bit farther it drives fine. It's only when you're barely giving it gas while cruising. Any ideas?

 

3.0 I'm guessing.Air leak between throttle body and VAFM.

 

I went and checked all the hoses. I didn't see any spot for a leak. Yes it is a 3.0.
