91 toyota p/u

I need help getting my settings to normal on the idle. Need to know what to set my timing to. I have a timing light.22 RE

google "toyota factory service manual.pdf" a little snooping will lead you to a free copy of a toyota service manual close to your trucks year. Then you are set.
