Off the top of my head:

- transmission
- flywheel and clutch
- slave and master cylinder
- pedal assembly
- shifter boot and console
- possibly the starter

Anyone else chime in.

the t-case drop on the two trannys differ, the 3.0 will have a passenger drop and the 3.4 will have a driver side drop, unless you plan on doing a sas or getting an adapter to allow you to have a driver side drop it wont line up to your front diff.

well im pretty much doing the same swap to and i was able to bolt it right up to the 3.4 motor...you will need a pilot bearing which is the same part number for both 3.0 and 3.4. i pretty much used everything off my ol 3.0 which was the whole clutch and flywheel and throw out bearing. and if your using the 3.0 bellhousing you will need the 3.0 starter especially for that 3.0 flywheel and youll need the 3.0 slave cylinder, and along with the clutch pedal and brake pedal.

and as for the wiring your on your own for that one cause thats what im stuck on now and i cant figure out what to do on that part. ill let ya know if i find any info on that
