22re sluggish weird idle

Hi I've been trying to figure out an idle problem on my truck. It runs Oki but it aaccelerates really slow and when iI put the truck in neutral the rpms go down really slow. Does anybodyhave any ideas? I've put in a new aav, coolant temp sensor, spark plugs and wires. It's a 91 pickup 4x4 thanks

i have the same problem in my 86 4runner, I didn't really notice until a 18wheeler passed me going up hill........ its gotten to the point where I don't want to drive it just to save myself from being angry at it all day. however I put sea foam in the gas tank and can feel a little power coming back.

Did you check any of the fuel side? Or look for any vacuum leaks? Or if you have a multimeter and a fsm you could start testing things sorry I don't have more for you but I would start trouble shooting everything I could

Try changing the fuel filter. Mine was doing the same a few years ago, changed the fuel filter and I would say the results were 'night and day' it was such a significant change.

Here's the stock replacement fuel filter Btw
