22re header and sound

Hi:

This is my first post here. I was wondering if it is possible to add a header and still keep the quiet stock exhaust sound? I have searched a lot and everyone talks about their new deep tones etc, when adding their new exhaust. What would be the difference in sound and performance between a pacesetter and a thorley header?

Thank you,

Yes. The header alone doesn't increase sound level. Usually people add a muffler that gives a particular sound level along with any other exhaust mods.
