2-3 key turns before starting?
Truck cranks,but takes 2-3 tries before starting on this 86 truck with 2.4 EFI first thing in the morning Starts easily all day afterwards.New starter,alternator.

Might be fuel pressure if bleeding off overnight and if your fuel pump is not getting turned on while cranking, it make take those few cranks to build up the pressure. Quick test below:
