1989 pickup--Fan only has High??

1989 pickup--Fan only has High??

My truck as of yesterday only has high on the fan setting. What is it? The fan switch, blower ??

Blower motor resitor, always go out on these trucks, mine only works on med hi and hi, so I am either freezing or on fire!! lol

Fan blower resistor. Cost about $15 at the dealer and about 15 minutes to replace. It is under the dash below the glove box to the left of the actual fan which is by the passenger kick panel. You can replace it w/o removing the fan assembly but for only 3 more bolts and so you can clean out your fan, just remove the fan too. Makes life easier.
