1985 toyota leaf spring ?

well i am new to the toyota build but me and a buddy picked up a 1985 toyota pickup with 53000 original one owner miles. we are looking to make a nice trail rig out of it and was wondering what to do for a front lift. if i buy the front hanger bracket from allpro what leafs are recommended for good flex. any ideas would be great also what for shackels. the truck is already a solid axle truck. i think in the back i am going to run pro comp rear spring i picked up for 180 bucks through 4wheelparts so i a more worried about the front

Or search for the 63" Chevy Spring swap for the rear and "Rears up Front" for the front:

I personally think add a leaf is a waste of time, unless your leafs are sagging and you want to fix only that. I like how Deaver Leaf Kits work on toyotas, but im a prerunnin' IFS man. but the 8 leaf Deaver pack i got for my rear end works great, and lifts it about 2". Check out the Deaver site deaverspring.com

66-77 Bronco springs seem to do pretty good with little to no mods (except for the pinion angles of course)
