1980 Wheel Bearing Advice

I'll start off with just a little about my truck since I'm new to this site. 1980 Toyota 4x4 pickup. Locker in the rear. 33 inch mud terrains. 20r with newer carb, air intake, header, and 40 series flowmasters. rock slide bars all around. pretty basic.
Problem: I was checking out the bottom of my rig yesterday and noticed the inside of my tire was streaked with grease from what apparently was the axles. I have looked around on the forums but noticed they all seem to be newer rigs for this repair. Can anyone give me any and all the advice you can give! Please help. I have lost a lot of grease.

marlin crawler, trail-gear, all-pro all have rebuild kits, I used the marlin kit on mine a couple weeks ago it comes with HD axle seals which i liked, if you get anyone elses kit just order marlin seals i think they are 10 bucks and well worth it.

a front tire soaked in gear oil is a sign that your inner axle seal is bad. this seal also leaks if the housing gets bent ...doing any jumping lately? if not its time for a rebuild

naaa i haven't been doing any jumping. I try to baby it, at least to a point. What I was really looking for is an online tutorial for doing this. My haynes manual isnt exactly matching up to what i have.

I still have a problem. I cant get access to the nuts holding the hub body. On the links given by ed h the pictures are the same as in my haynes manual. I can see them but there is a sleave that extends past the bolts. And the sleave is too close to get any socket down in there. Does anyone know what im talking about?
