shrockworks Hoops Make Noise?

Hey guy,

Do any of you Shrockworks front bumper owners notice or hear any noise from your bumpers (the ones with center and light hoops)???

Thanks

what kind of noises are you experiencing? or is this a rather broad question asking owners if they experience any oddities?

I run the Shrockworks bumber and I have not heard anything like a wind noise. If the bumper to body clearance is too small then you may get some contact when running hard on rough roads. Once I propery adjusted the gap to about 1/2" I didn't have that problem anymore.

I was more concerned with the type of noises you get from, say for example, the round bars on ladder racks on a pick up truck. You know the whistle type noises. Sorry so sound so redarded I just can't put it into words. It may be due to the fact that I'm on my 3rd glass of egg nog, who knows.

Thanks for the responses so far.

I doubt that you'll encounter any noise issue from the front bull bars (any mfg). Roof racks are significantly different as it changes the airflow significantly whereas the bumper is very minor.

Therefore you should not have to worry about any wind noises what so ever.

Good luck
