noob Q - Moter Designations for Taco

I know the older tacos used
2.7L 4cyl = 2RZ or 3RZ
3.4L v6 = 5VZ

So whats the current blocks? Are they the same as the earlier blocks (aka motor swappable?)

the 3.4's are still the same, yes.

The 2.7L is the same (all 3RZ)
the 3.4 is NOT (i.e. VZ is not GR)

Tho the blocks might be close as far as motor mount and trasn bell housing mounts....
