Whats up all, i used to be on here (forget the name ) when i had my 90 yota on 35s. sold it . now i have a 07 tacoma sport, DC, 4.0, 6sp, radiant red. anyone have any exhaust clips of any aftermarket cat backs or such for our trucks with the 4.0, i need some good exhaust note sound but without the ricey noise. thanks

 

I've been recommended a Flowmaster 50 series muffler, but I haven't gotten one myself to give any real advice. They say it's a good solid throaty sound, without being overly loud.

 

I dont have a audio clip, but recently installed the TRD Cat-Back exhaust on my 08 4.0 and love it. Mellow sound, not load, but it gets your attention. i would do it again. Plus its really easy to install. took longer to get the old exhaust out from under the truck than it did to install the new.

 

I had a 50 Sreies cat back that I bought from Summit. It sounded better than stock, was barely louder than stock inside the vehicle while sitting still idling with the windows up, and I could tell no difference inside the vehicle with the windows up while driving down the road.
