Electrical Meltdown

So my 03 Sport recently decided to have a major electrical melt down.

These items do not work:

1. Power windows (all)
2. Rear Gate (no power at all)
3. Parking Lights (all)
4. Dash lights (illumination)
5. Constant 12 v power to parking light on trailer pig tail

What I have tried for each:
1. Fuses - (all, multiple times, visual and ohm/power check); window lock out switch , swapped relays
2. Fuses (all), getting power to ECU, swapped relays, unplugged battery and ECU for 10 min.
3. checked bulbs and fuses
4. checked fuses
5. Traced power (black/green wire) from pig tail all the way to source, constant 12 v throughout...

I know the rear gate ecu and lock mechanism can go on these vehicles. However, with the other issue described above I'm not convinced this is the problem. I found out about the trailer parking light issue when I hooked my trailer up and melted the wire on the trailer.

I'm at a loss on where to go from here... Thoughts?

the master switch on driver door if bad will affect all windows.
the headlight switch would kill the parking lights and trailer lights. however a faulty trailer wire harness would affect that as well

You sure you have traced back all the wiring? Sounds like you may have cooked one (or more) during a dead short. seems like you would have discovered it with the fuses, though. Time and effort my friend. Good luck.
